Hi Gerhard

I have tried to backup IP soft to an external hard drive. I continually get a note saying that there is a problem with compressing my files and to try again later. Still no success. I am using a 32 bit Vista operating system. Can you please advise.

If the Ipsoft backup function fails, please follow the instructions here:
http://posortho.com/posoft/downloads/ipsoft-protect-your-data.doc
in section B.

Sorry for taking so long to respond. I guess I need to visit here more often.
